The Wyoming Women’s Centers connect you to free women’s centers that specialize in providing support and options to women facing unexpected or unsupported pregnancies. Please note that abortion is legal in Wyoming, and the centers in our group do not provide or refer for abortion services. Services vary by location but can include consultations, pregnancy testing, ultrasound confirmation, STD testing and treatment, abortion information on risks, side effects, what to expect, what to do in the event of an emergency, and more.
