Every woman’s body and experience is different. Before you decide, talk to a nurse about the drugs used in the abortion pill, discuss your health history, and confirm the pregnancy is viable. It’s also important to rule out an ectopic pregnancy and verify how far along you are via ultrasound.

The Wyoming Women’s Centers connect you to free women’s centers that specialize in providing support and options to women facing unexpected or unsupported pregnancies. Please note that abortion is legal in Wyoming, and the centers in our group do not provide or refer for abortion services. Services vary by location but can include consultations, pregnancy testing, ultrasound confirmation, STD testing and treatment, abortion information on risks, side effects, what to expect, what to do in the event of an emergency, and more. Please contact an individual clinic for their specific list of free reproductive health and pregnancy services.
